Just like a car, a spa is a complex machine that may require service from time to time. When you buy a hot tub from Carefree, we offer a full range of spa services, spa parts, heater elements, new spa pumps, ozonators, spa accessories, replacement jets, hot tub filters, rebuilt spa pumps and more.
 
Carefree Spas Services Offered:
° Service Tech Express, pay a minimum of $18 for 10 minutes and have a spa tech work through your service issue over the phone in an attempt to prevent a trip fee to diagnose and repair to your spa.
° Spa packs and controls. Replacement jet packs.
° Jet and pillow and headrest replacements.
° Equipment repair, troubleshooting and upgrades.
° Electric and Gas Heaters, replacement parts.
° Flow switch, pressure switch repair/replacement.
° Replace or repair blowers, filters, pumps, motors.
° Replace air, buttons, controls or circuit cards.  Give new life to your older spa.
° Circuit Boards, Parts. Circuit board rebuilds.
° Electrical Parts.
° Ozone - Sanitization System.
° Thermostats, temperature sensors
° Detect and repair leaks. Spa re-plumbing.
° Spa Winterizing and Start-up.
° Cabinet refinish, spa refurbish and cleaning.
° Weekly or bi-monthly spa maintenance

After one-year of Carefree Spa ownership, there is a minimum "Trip Fee" assessed of $79.00 within a 50 mile radius of our Highlands Ranch store. Beyond that limit, a $2.00 per mile fee for each additional mile (one-way) applies.

A typical non-warranty call within the Denver metro area and nearby mountain communities costs $140.00. This includes the minimum $79.00 diagnostic fee and a minimum of $75.00 labor for the first hour of service. Parts required for the service call are charged at cost. All parts and labor are warranted for 90 days.
