Your spa will provide a lifetime of enjoyment if you maintain the Water Balance and safety. It's easy to follow Carefree's Spa Care Guide for crystal clear water. If the Spa Care Guide, Water Problem Solver or Weekly Water Test does not correct water quality issues, we provide complimentary in-store water testing and analysis for our spa customers. Bring in a small water sample in a re-sealable bag and we’ll test it for you. Carefree will then recommend the appropriate modifications to the water balance and how to properly use spa care supplies to keep your hot tub water balanced and healthy. After your delivery, you need to know how to fill your spa and how to achieve excellent water balance.

Water care is critical to a clean, enjoyable, maintenance free spa. As part of our royal treatment, Carefree provides each new spa customer with a complimentary, in-store Water Care Class.

To test your spa water you will want to utilize a quality "5-in-1" test kit or equivalent test strips. For details see Weekly Water Test.
