Spa Cover Warranty Policy
IMPORTANT
Prices are for covers up to 96” (eight feet square) maximum length and width. Additional charges will apply to covers larger than 96”, covers with speaker hoods, unusual cutouts or other special features.
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CAREFREE SPAS & SPA OWNER:
I hereby acknowledge that the measurements and specifications provided are correct and that I will pay my balance “in full” with this order. If the cover is to be delivered: cover, delivery and disposal charges must be paid “in full” at the time the order is placed. Carefree Spas Inc. does not accept responsibility for the customer’s incorrect measurements.

FREE ground transportation/spa cover delivery applies to the lower contiguous 48 United States only. Air transportation is not available. Customer’s address must be accessible by semi-tractor trailer. If not, additional charges may apply such as allies that are too narrow, ferry boat transport, gated communities that do not allow large trucks or remote areas with unpaved roads.

A daytime contact telephone number for truck delivery arrangements must be provided for each order. A physical address must also be submitted. There are no shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO.

Customer or designee must be on hand when cover is delivered. A person needs to be on hand to physically inspect the cover box and packaging to ensure that there was no damage, no matter how small, prior to signing the bill of lading. Any damage, holes in carton or creases must be acknowledged by both customer and truck driver. Damage is unlikely but the customer may refuse the delivery. If shipment is refused, customer needs to contact Carefree Spas at 303-321-9600 to communicate the refusal and reorder the cover.

If the receiving customer signs the bill of lading and no damages were noted, the cover is assumed to have arrived in good condition and no freight claim can be made.
