How to Measure Your New Spa Cover
Your replacement spa cover fit like a glove for maximum enegry efficiency. Regardless of the shape of your spa shell or what the manufacturer's brochure says, you should always measure the widest part of the hot tub to the widest part as shown below in both directions (length and width).
Do not use the measurements of your existing spa cover as it shrinks and contracts over time which distorts meaurement accuracy. If your hot tub has rounded corners, you need to provide Carefree Spas with a "Radius" measurement. In addition, a skirt measurement and strap length (tie down length) is needed for a custom fit.
