We started looking for tubs in the spring by looking at reviews. We visited a few stores and then came to Carefree. What a wonderful store. Not only are the tubs top quality, with the best pumps and filtration available, but Tom and Karen made us feel like family.
I have enjoyed working with them. They warned us months in advance that our tub might be delayed due to a back up at the factory. We ordered right away and that allowed us to keep on track with our patio project. They also came to our house for a site visit and noticed some potential problems with our planned location that allowed us enough time to fix them. They also recommended an electrician that was very accomodating to some of our complex install issues. It really made it go so much smoother.
After the install their tech came out and spent at least an hour answering questions and teaching us about the care of the tub. It looks great and feels even better after a long day. All in all service the way it should be. Thanks Carefree, for making this one of the best purchases I've made in a long time!

Bought a new house that included a hot tub, which is something we never owned before. Thanks to Carefree Spas' monthly maintenance the hot tub works great, chemicals are well balanced. I purchased a Coast micro silk spa from Care Free Spas in June. My mom has the same micro silk spa, so I knew what to expect. My mom has psoriasis and I have sensitive skin that doesn't agree with lotions. My skin has never felt better (clean, moisturized, firm) and my mom's psoriasis has almost completely cleared up. Her psoriasis was extreme and medications were not helping. I honestly can't imagine not having this spa and I use it twice a day. My mom also uses hers once or twice a day and says it's the best thing she has ever done for herself.
I'd also like to thank Karen and Tom. They have been amazing to work with and I consider myself a happy and loyal new customer.

In this day and age when businesses both small and large struggle with remaining viable, those with strong approaches to customer service stand out. To me this means living up to what is promised, listening to customers' needs and taking the extra step in leaving the customer satisfied. The folks at Carefree Spas represent all of the above to me.
I bought a hot tub 15 years ago from Carefree and had a great experience then. I quit using it a number of years ago and just recently restored it. Carefree's techs brought it back to life with practical and affordable repairs. They showed up exactly when they said they would, provided professional service and didn't charge me for extra work I just know they did.
WOW! After visiting some big box hot tub stores for over a year to get some ideas of what I was looking for, all I got was the used car sales job directing me to a specific tub. After doing a little more research I reached out to Carefree Spas and visited there showroom in Littleton where I found out that they are a family owned business and have been around for many years. They showed me several different tubs, and a complete breakdown of costs for each one without the sales pressure tactics. Since my purchase, Carefree has been there with service that has been second to none. My advice to anyone shopping for a hot tub. Skip the big box stores and drop by Carefree. Their competitive pricing and service will give you a reason not to shop anywhere else.
Carefree spas is definitely the place to go. My wife went there with the intent to buy a new tub with all of the bells and whistles, but when Tom found out why we wanted a tub, he made a recommendation for a refurbished tub that more closely matched what we were looking for.
Boy was he ever right. It's been over a year now, and we couldn't be happier. Great service, great attention to detail, and a great hot-tub buying experience.
These guys do a great job, and the focus is on getting it right. From the day of purchase, and all the way through our last maintenance, Tom is always available for a chat. They talk to you as you'd hope, and not with a bunch of technical jargon about chemicals, pumps, and the likes. I just want to get in and enjoy the tub with my wife, and they make that experience excellent. Out next tub will definitely come from these guys.

Just after purchasing our home we realized we needed someones expertise and assistance with the hot tub we acquired in the purchase of our new home. I believe in giving business to local companies and that's exactly what we did, Carefree Spas. Never having owned a spa, I knew I couldn't just rely on a few how to videos to get me through so I called Carefree Spas and Shane made a visit to my home to help with a few questions as well as identified a issue that need attention and correction.
Shane is the reason that I am writing this review! HIs knowledge, candor & professionalism led me to make the decision to go with Carefree Spas and also make a visit to their store the same day to purchase additional items and make a let a manager know that I was completely satisfied with Shane and the service he provided!

My husband Dan and I recently purchased a hot tub from Carefree Spas and Pools. We bought a used spa and we absolutely LOVE it!! Not only do we love our new spa, but the customer service has been superb! Tom and his staff have been nothing but accommodating, kind, caring, and I will NEVER buy from another company. Very knowledgeable staff. I got a free hot tub and have been restoring it for about a week. These guys helped me get the right parts I needed and told me what I should and shouldn't be doing. I made a few screw ups and these guys helped me get back on track to make things work properly

Carefree's Denver location put in pool and hot tub for us in 1976 and installed another hot tub closer to our house in 1993. Over the years I have called Tom for pool (even though they no longer install pools) and hot tub advice. Recently, we bought a new hot tub cover from Carefree, and Tom helped us match the color to our house. We have always had good advice and service from Carefree, and Tom has always returned our calls promptly.
