How do Aspen Spas compare to other top spa brands?
Other hot tub brands are assembled outside of the USA and they utilize Chinese components. Aspen Spas are built entirely in America with superior craftsmanship.
What is the warranty for Aspen Spas?
3 to 5 years parts and labor — related labor costs are series dependent. Contact us for full warranty details on the model you're interested in.
Do you have your own service technicians?
Yes. Our service technicians are on our payroll and are not outsourced, ensuring consistent, high-quality service every visit.
Do you charge hot tub repair trip fees?
Yes, after 90 days. Contact us for current service pricing and to schedule a repair visit.
